Great War Roll of Honour (1915)
Ballymena Methodist Church
The following text is transcribed from the Ballymena Weekly Telegraph of 29th May 1915.
In our last issue we gave the roll of honour of High Kirk (Second Ballymena Presbyterian Church), setting forth the names of the young men belonging to that congregation who had responded to the call of King and country. This week we append the roll of honour of the Methodist Church, Ballymena, of which Rev. J. O. Price is the esteemed pastor. In proportion to the size of the congregation, the response of its young manhood has been good, and one of the number, Private A. Rainey, of the Royal Irish Fusiliers, has been reported as wounded in action. We append in each instance the full name, regiment or ship, and home address of those serving with the colours:-- |
