Newry tragedy -- The dead body of Miss Constance Long, aged 31, was this morning discovered hanging behind a door in her home in Linenhall Square, Newry. The tragic discovery was made by her father. It is understood she had been in indifferent health for some time past. An inquest will be held to-day.

"Bathrooms not wanted" at Sion Mills
At Strabane Rural Council yesterday it was agreed to ask the housing architects to draw up lay-out plans for a smaller type of house in Sion Mills.
Mr. E. T. R. Herdman said a lot of people in Sion Mills were afraid of the rents of present-day houses. The Ministry should realize what the people wanted was the old type of house, without bathrooms and extras.
